Middle School (Grade V To VIII)
At this stage of education, focus is on critical learning objectives. At this stage, we work on experiential learning in field of science, mathematics, arts, social science and humanities. Our objective in the Middle School is to develop the skills and characteristics necessary for success in high school and beyond.
The focus on developing communication skills helps them appreciate the value of education, as it reflects in their ability to express themselves, in addition to developing pragmatic skills. Field trips, excursions, activities, projects, and presentations provide experiential learning opportunities. Dance, Fine Arts, Western and Indian Music, Yoga, speech and Drama promote holistic development.
Besides communicating through language about how we perceive our world, we also communicate through actions and images to express our creative ideas.
Our research-based learning process continues to be the engine for STEM education, an important initiative that puts students in charge of asking questions and discovering answers for authentic challenges that people and society face. We plan hands on STEM activities and situational challenges in a single academic year.
In terms of academics, they fully utilize the composite laboratory facility for experimentation and hands on learning. The assessment pattern is completely aligned to CBSE format at this stage to familiarize them with their board pattern.
